With a strong background in finance, administration, and operations, I’ve built my career around efficiency, organisation, and problem-solving. I started my journey at 16 as an apprentice in a doctor’s surgery, where I worked my way up to Deputy Practice Manager. In this role, I was responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, handling patient relations, and ensuring the smooth running of the practice. I developed extensive experience in HR, compliance, and administrative management, all while maintaining high standards of service.

I later moved into the finance sector, spending five years at Aldi’s Head Office in the accounts payable and receivable team. There, I specialised in financial administration, managing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accuracy in all transactions. Working in a fast-paced corporate environment helped me refine my attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to streamline processes for maximum efficiency.

With experience spanning both healthcare and finance, I bring a unique skill set that blends financial expertise with strong administrative leadership. I thrive on improving workflows, ensuring compliance, and helping businesses run smoothly and effectively.
